Today is a very special day.
It’s my dad’s 45th birthday and it’s Mother’s Day!
I’m not really close with my dad ‘coz he works abroad. He stays home for only 3-5 months a year. But we have our father-and-son moments. On the other hand, my mom’s been there for me my entire life. She was with me in all of the important dates of my life (such as birthdays, card giving days, graduation days, etc). She’s a Super Mom.
I love my parents. They have been very supportive. When I told them that I don’t want to go to med school anymore, they were okay with it. They are okay with it. My mom was like, “Okay. Whatever you want. That’s for you to decide.” My dad was like, “Are you really sure about that? Okay.” It’s funny because I really thought they were gonna scold me but they didn’t.
Argue how much you want, but my parents are the best. They have their individual flaws but as parents, they gave more than enough. They aren’t just my parents. They’re also my kabarkadas.
Happy birthday, pa.
Happy Mother’s Day, ma.
I love you. <3
I just want to thank everybody who greeted me yesterday for my birthday. :))
Trivia: I was born on March 27, 1993 (2:15 am) at home. Yes, at home. ‘Di na umabot sa ospital ang nanay ko. Hahaha. Kaya sa bahay lang ako pinanganak. :)
I should be like:

But, instead, I’m like:

It makes me sad that I’m getting old! :(

OH. MY. GOD. I just can’t believe I’m turning 19 already.
But when I look at myself in the mirror, I realize I don’t seem to age. And I’m like:

So I guess I just have to be happy about it. Happy birthday to me! Yeyyyy! :D
